How much is shipping?

Most orders over $299 qualify for FREE shipping. Please enter your Zip Code in your shopping cart before checking out to see if your order qualifies for FREE shipping.

If your order does not qualify for FREE shipping, then your shipping charges will be applied in the shopping cart.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ORDERS UNDER $299:

$0-$99 = $29

$100-$199 = $49

$200-$298 = $69

NOTE: Shipping rates also vary per product type and will be based on the shipping address. Additional charges may apply for orders that require delivery outside of standard shipping zones or via a ferry.

How will my order be delivered?

Home Shop Buy (HSB) delivers our customer's products utilizing the fastest, most economical and secure methods possible. We offer three options depending on the product that you purchase:

Small Appliances and Plumbing Items:

FedEx - For smaller items such as microwaves, counter-top appliances and accessories we offer ground service. You should receive your product within 1-6 business days after leaving our warehouse shipping center that is located in California. This service is only available within the continental US.

Large Appliances and Plumbing Items:

LTL Freight Carrier - Standard curbside delivery applies to larger items such as ranges, large refrigerators, washers, dryers, air conditioners (over 12,000 BTU), etc. require LTL freight shipment. Transit times are generally 2-7 business days from our warehouse shipping center that is located in California.

Island deliveries or freight that requires a ferry will be charged a $200.00 ferry fee. Additional charges may apply for shipments that require special services or handling beyond HSB's control. However, HSB cannot pre-determine these fees until the freight carrier contacts HSB with these charges. HSB is not responsible for these charges and HSB will contact the customer for credit card authorization to capture these charges before the freight is delivered.

NOTE: We ask that you please inspect your merchandise at time of delivery. If you discover any damage to the external packaging and product refuse the delivery, note damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us immediately at 1-866-306-0249.

When will my order ship?

Quick Ship (In stock - Will Ship Out Next Business Day)

Items noted as Quick Ship and ordered by 1:30 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will ship the following business day from our warehouse in California. Actual delivery times will vary from 2-7 business days based on where the order is being delivered to in the US. If you are ordering multiple items and not all items are noted as Quick Ship, the order will ship when all items have been allocated.

If you need your order to be delivered at a later date, Home Shop Buy offers you the option of delaying your delivery date (HSB must be notified at time of order). Additionally, if you need your item(s) delivered sooner than the times stated above, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-866-306-0249 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Available (Usually Ships Within 48-72 Hours)

Items note as Available will usually ship within 48-72 hours from our warehouse in California. Actual delivery times will vary from 2-7 business days based on where the order is being shipped. If you are ordering multiple items and not all items are noted asAvailable, the order will ship when all items have been allocated.

Certain delivery restrictions may occur based addresses out of normal shipping regions.

Shipment times listed above assume that the item ordered is currently in stock and not discontinued by the manufacturer. Items not in stock are subject to a later shipping time. A customer service representative will inform you of the estimated shipping time within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

Please note that all orders are subject to verification. Orders will not be shipped from our warehouse until billing and shipping information have been verified. Please check your e-mail for instructions and updated order information.

Where do you ship to?

Shipping Locations:

Currently, we are only shipping merchandise within the continental United States. We do not ship merchandise to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally at this time.

When will I receive my extended warranty?

Extended Warranties:

If you purchased an extended warranty with any of your appliances, a contract will be mailed to you approximately 60-90 days after the delivery of your appliance.

It is important to register your appliances as soon you receive delivery of your merchandise to insure that your manufacturer's warranty is active.
